The Central Pa Chapter of IFMA will provide
quality-learning experiences, excellent networking
opportunities, and serve our membership to enhance their
personal and professional development.
As an International Facility Management
Association (IFMA) Chapter, we are focused on being a
premier, professional organization in the Facility
Management community.
Chartered--July 25, 1990
About 12 area facility management professionals meeting
at what was then Reliable Office Products, wanted to accept
IFMA's chapter chartering obligation. Charter President Al
Lujan held the office for just over 2 years. By 1993,
President Tom Chronister saw membership go over 50 members.
Growth remained for President James Noone as President Dave
Balinski ushered in the 100th member. President Larry Faber
took the chapter to new and higher standards in education.
The new millenium was brought in by President Priscilla St.
Jacques-Glusko and followed by presidents; Doug Snell,
Thomas Hewitt, Charles Claar, Lynn DeSantis, Randy Groff,
and current President Michele Sinadinos.
Medium size chapter status
was achieved in just 5 years, through the hard work of
the entire organization. Excellent attendance at meetings
and quality programming keeps the officer's dedication high,
which in turn drives the group to continue towards
excellence.
Associate member company support
has been vital to the quality of our programs.
